Ingredients

  • Chopped Qurban meat (beef or goat)
  • Fresh pineapple, grated
  • 100g roasted peanuts, finely ground
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)

Satay Seasoning

  • 8 shallots, coarsely chopped
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 8 tbsp sweet soy sauce

Instructions
